Prize Draw Terms and Conditions - Dr. Karl Morris 1-2-1 Lesson

1.   Answers for the Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited Pocketshots™ prize draw must be submitted by email to golflesson@pocketshots.co.uk or by post to 70 Atbara Road, Teddington, TW11 9PD by 5pm on 8 December 2007. Entries received after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.

2.   No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.   One winner will be drawn on 8 December 2007 and the winner will be announced on www.dizzyheights.com on 8 December 2007. The winner will be notified by email on 8 December 2007 or by telephone. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided within their email are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the promotion.

4.   If the promoter cannot contact the winner within twenty-one days of the prize draw, the promoter reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner. The promoter's announcement of the winning entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.   A list of correct quiz answers and the winner’s name/county will be available from Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited upon request.

6.   The prize is non-refundable and non transferable and has no cash value.

7.   The winner will receive a prize of one 2 hour lesson with Dr.Karl Morris.  Winners are expected to meet their own costs and arrangements for travel, accommodation and sustenance, no expenses are included in the prize. Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited will fulfil the booking for the winner – The lesson must be booked at least 28 days in advance (dates subject to Karl’s availability). The lesson must be taken before 31 March 2008.  The next 10 names drawn will receive one of the 10 runners-up prizes of Pocketshots™ Gift Packs.

8.   The prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over and employees of Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited and Emap PLC are not eligible to enter.

9.   The winner agrees to participate in publicity arising from the promotion which may include the use of his/her photo on www.dizzyheights.com or www.golf-brain.com.

10.       Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize being taken up by the winner.

11.       Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage for any reason.

12.       By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Dizzy Heights (UK) Limited general competition entry terms and conditions. English law governs this prize draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
